The City of Fulton is seeking qualified contractors to undertake the demolition of the old jail located at 201 S. Cummings St. and transform the site into a vibrant community space named “Jailhouse Alley.” This project aims to repurpose the historical site into a mixed-use area that includes green spaces, local business kiosks, art installations, and recreational facilities.
